Customer Reference Program
In a recent 10-week
period:
- 8 customers were interviewed;
- 4 customer success stories were completed and published (with 3 more near completion);
- 1 customer win press release was developed, approved, and issued; and
- 3 customers were persuaded and prepped to speak at a company-sponsored conference.
Collateral Development
Talking Points wrote,
designed and printed a 4-page product brochure and several related data sheets,
and rewrote an entire web-site--both in time to make an important product launch
date.
Multimedia/Online Demonstrations
Talking Points
produced a 7-minute streaming video which introduced the client company and its
product to a market, educated prospects on changing industry factors and
regulations, and delivered a short product demonstration. Talking Points worked
with the client to refine positioning, and then developed the script, and video
look and feel; and managed technical production, final editing, and approval
cycles.
For another client, Talking Points produced a suite of over a dozen scenario-based, 10-15 minute product demonstrations. These demos provide sufficient detail to replace a significant number of live, in-person demos, and while resulting in a number of deals closing. The demos were a favorite of both the sales force and sales management.
Event Management
Talking Points
delivered end-to-end management of a series of VAR seminars to introduce new
product to resellers' prospect base (multiple deals closed within 60 days of
events). Managed agenda development and speaker arrangements, logistics (site
selection, food and beverage contracts, etc.), e-invites design and promotional
campaign, and more.
For another client, Talking Points assumed complete management for an annual Sales Kickoff with only 8 weeks lead time:
- Researched venues, negotiated contracts for room block, food and beverage, and evening dinners/dine-arounds.
- Coordinated content development including agenda planning, and presentation development and review cycles.
- Delivered on site event management.
Email and direct mail invitations to product launch
events
Talking Points designed and wrote all deliverables for both
html-based (e-invites) and print-based (direct mail) promotional campaigns for a
series of events launching a new product. Client's comments: "Professional
beyond anything we've done before... Smashed all of our existing attendance for
these events!"
